Alpha, He is called
For He is the
beginning of it all
It was in the beginning
That the heaven and earth was created
Earth was without form and void
All was darkness
His Spirit was hovering upon the face of the waters
God, all by Himself stood and said
'Let there be light'
Wow, light shone brightly from that instant
He saw that it was so beautiful and good
From that moment He divided light from darkness
Light, He named Day
Darkness, He named Night
So Evening and Morning were the first day
'Let there be a firmament in the midst o the waters'
He declared on the second day
This divided the waters from the waters
He named the upper firmament Heaven
On the third day he called out
'Let the waters under heaven be gathered together unto one
place and let there be dry land'
And it was so
Yes it was good
The gathered water, He named Seas
And the dry land is this beautiful Earth
As if it were not enough on that same day
He made the Earth fruitful
Through bringing forth grass, herbs and trees
The fourth day, He did not tire
'Let there be light in the firmament of Heaven to divide Day
from Night and there be signs for seasons, days,and years and lights above to
give light upon earth at all times'
He declared.
Two great lights Sun and Moon appeared as well as the stars
Sun the greater light rule the day
Moon the lesser light rule the night with the help of stars
On day 5 God said,
'Let the waters bring forth moving creatures that has life
and birds that may fly above earth in the open firmament of Heaven'
All fish and birds were created which was so good
He blessed them by fruitfulness and multiplication
Now day 6, still going on with the wonderful works
'Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind,
cattle, creeping thing, beast'
He declared and again it was so and good
But there needed someone to have dominion over fish, birds,
cattle, earth and all creeping thing For this He declared,
'Let us make man in our image after our likeness'
And man was created in His own image
Both male and female, He wonderfully created
He blessed them with fruitfulness and multiplication
He gave them strength to replenish the earth and subdue it
and dominion over all creation on earth
Man and all animals created were given the herbs and trees
that yield fruit as food
All of this was very good
Finally on the seventh day, He rested
The seventh day He blessed and sanctified it
For it was the day He rested from all the work He created
and made...
