What is a mind? How can we define the mind?
The mind is the module for man's reasoning or thinking which results in movements and attitudes.
The mind is the strongest part on the human body if it is properly and improperly used. People are suffering not because of their minds but because of how they use their minds.
I was studying civil servants the other day, i discovered that these people love to see people healthy, they love to see the world educated but not everyone is practicing this at his or her private surgery or clinic, not everyone is practicing this at his or her private school.
In fact, quite a number of them are looking for jobs to work as employees in private hospitals and private schools because they believe there are better salaries there but i believe the greatest thing to consider is people's health before salary, i believe there is need to consider educating the world before salary. I understand that every effort mustn't go in vain, whenever one works, he or she has to get paid, there are no two ways about this.
Form or come up with unions to serve your area of responsibility. This also apply to you as well, not only to civil servants because you too has the same mind. When it is a doctor's union hospital there won't be salary crisis like the government's, same as a teacher's union that builds schools to educate people. That is not only the government's responsibility to build hospitals and schools to employ people. A doctor, a nurse and a teacher can also work for himself or herself; it is allowed. But the way the mind is used has affected the world at large.
People are dying of sickness, drug addicts are increasing everyday; this has greatly affected the world and the issue of unemployment has become a national problem but if we truly look at it, it is all about the mentality.
I was not in a class but i physically visited some three or four; teachers, doctors and nurses . After my study i did not see the reason why they should always go on strike. They are always against the government because they are abusing their potential.
THERE IS A GREAT NEED FOR THESE PEOPLE TO FORM A UNION AND BUILD SCHOOLS AND HOSPITALS FOR THEM TO WORK FOR THEMSELVES RATHER THAN BEING CALLED CIVIL SERVANTS.
The problem is that they are working for a government that is also trying to get some cents from them and that same government has some priorities before its servants. It is not the servants that determine a pay date, it is the government that determine your compensation you call salary and in accordance to your level of education. We are facing such problems not because the government is failing but because of our thinking, that is how our minds are programmed. Look here, the mind is programmed the other way, so the result or the yield is big but in the other direction.
NO MATTER THE CHOICE ONE TAKES, NO MATTER THE DIRECTION YOUR CHOICE DETERMINES, YOU CAN STILL GET A GREAT RESULT.
The mind needs training to keep it active and creative. There is a belief in people's minds which is this; for someone to get an increment there has to be an increase in knowledge hence the need to further your studies; but that is your employer's requirement, what is needed is to think outside the box and serve the nation. The mind is very dangerous when wrongly used. If the mind is used correctly it produces a result and if it is wrongly used it also produces a result but the difference between these two results is how the mind is used.
The mind is what holds the power of change and change can be positive or negative depending on your choice. You can never be different from what you choose to be. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BE A LAWYER, YOU CAN BE A BIG LAWYER BUT YOU CAN NEVER BE A DOCTOR ONE DAY UNLESS YOU MAKE IT A CHOICE.
I discovered that national problems are a result of unattended or unsolved personal problems.
